We believe that becoming a Verifier should be a straightforward process. We will provide you with the education you need in a simple and digestible format that you can complete in your own time, and we will work with you until passing our verification test is a breeze. All you need to do is take the initiative!

During our training programs, you will be provided with educational materials, online training, and discounts for the equipment you will need to perform a verification. This way, you can get started faster and with a lower introductory cost.

Verifiers are the boots on the ground when it comes to rating homes. Before a home is built, the team at NHCO^™ will use our proprietary software to model the home based on provided blueprints and other documentation. Once the home is in the pre-drywall phase a National Home Certification Verifier will complete the Pre-Drywall Inspection Form to ensure that the builder is following their plans.

Once the drywall has been installed and the home is in its final phases of construction, the Verifier will return to the home to do a thorough inspection of each important component to finalize the energy rating. All of the forms and management of the inspection data will be managed by our software, making it easy to collect all of the data needed to complete the work.
